30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Free Returns

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. What you paid is what you get back (excluding any non-refundable charges, if applicable).

No Final Sale Items

All items sold on ModuGear are eligible for return within the 30-day window. We do not have final sale restrictions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Include photos and your order number for faster resolution

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:
